Test The ELEPHANT within you for Power & Dynamism and not for Sprinting!!
More often than not, what bothers most is the fear of failure and not living upto expectations, be it of our colleagues, our family or our valued Clients. The effort that we pursue may not yield the desired results and this leads to strains, issues and disturbing confrontations.
Is this really worth it ??, Does it not talk bad & spoil reputation ??
These are haunting questions of every sensitive professional. As i broach this topic multiple times in my mind, i am reminded of many situations that have turned "GREY" leaving scars of pain and repentance. With a strong intent to ensure smooth & harmonious working, i realized that many a times i am the cause for the " Negative Disruption" , by attempting things beyond capability and bandwidth, setting higher expectations, allowing things to flow to a point of "No Return".
The experience of failure, loss are indeed unwarranted and it dawned on me in a "Caricature" mode.. which is best defined as the "Elephant Pride" (EP).
EP is the poised agility, subtle firmness, Politely Powerful that is part of Human OS, which we tend not to take cognizance of. The uniqueness of this Installation is seen by the varied talents that each of us are blessed with, these installations act as a foundation to craft unique architecture that is so very "Exclusive" for each of us. The moment we realize this powerful tool that's embedded within us, a whole new World of Opportunity unfolds.
With this realization dawning on me, I have moved away from presenting myself to issues that test my "Incompetent Abilities", rather i would say "I love being like an Elephant, that is "Power & Dynamism" personified and not a great sprinter, still its command a distinct position.
The outcome is something worth sharing and here it goes :
